The most important meal of my day is breakfast! No matter how early or busy I am, I rarely skip it 😊 And for breakfast, I always choose rice—brown rice! 🍚 But sometimes, I eat bread.
On days when I have bread, I make sure to include highly nutritious side dishes. However, I usually eat bread only when I’m in a hurry in the morning. (If I have time, I always go for a Japanese-style breakfast!)
That’s why my go-to option on busy mornings is carrot juice 🥕—something I’ve been absolutely obsessed with lately!
It’s a super easy beauty & health drink—just put the ingredients in a blender and press the switch! 🥤 Perfect for busy mornings or when you need a light snack.
Carrot Juice Recipe (1 Serving)
🥕 Carrot: ½ piece (75–100g)
🍎 Apple: ¼ piece (75–100g) (Store the rest in the freezer with plastic wrap)
🍇 Blueberries or raspberries: 5–7 pieces (Frozen ones are fine too)
🍋 Lemon juice: 1 tbsp (Bottled lemon juice like Pokka Lemon is okay too)
🥛 Soy milk: 150ml (You can use regular milk instead)

If any ingredient is missing, the taste completely changes! 😅
Just put everything in a blender and turn it on! 🔛
In no time, you have a perfectly balanced carrot juice—so easy and nutritious! 👍
The finished drink may not look like a bright orange carrot color, but rest assured, it’s packed with carrots! 🥕
If you prefer a lighter texture, just add more soy milk. 🙆♀️
